Wouldn't you know it? Apple does NOT permit you to freely download music to your Apple mobile device using Safari.
This restriction means you must go to the App store and get an app for downloading music. (In the App store, just search for "Free music download".) In your music-download app, you can go to www.welovefreemusic.com and download songs into that app.
